Cancellation Policy
Respecting your time and mine
At Samantha Ruthven Beauty, I understand that plans can change. To ensure I can accommodate all clients and provide the best possible service, I kindly ask you to follow my cancellation policy:

48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made after this period will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee will be charged, and future bookings may require full pre-payment.
All cancellations and changes must be made via phone or email. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
