Appointments, Payments & Cancellations
All appointments must be booked in advance, either online or via phone. A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment, which will be deducted from the final balance. Prices are clearly displayed on my website and are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is due at the time of service, and I accept various payment methods, which will be outlined at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. For cancellations made within 24 hours, the full appointment cost will be charged. Failure to attend without notice will be classified as a no-show, and charges may apply before rebooking future appointments.
Refunds, Returns & Gift Vouchers
I strive for complete customer satisfaction, but refunds on completed treatments are not available. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact me within 48 hours, and I will do my best to resolve any concerns. Products purchased from my salon or website can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and assessed.
Gift vouchers are available for purchase and must be used within the validity period stated at the time of issue. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any promotional discounts or offers are subject to availability and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

To ensure the best possible experience, clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before receiving a treatment. Samantha Ruthven Beauty is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
